Service Rates

Our price is competitive and the Service Rates are:

  1. TRANSLATION: 10 – 35 CENTS/WORD IN USD OR $50/PAGE
  2. PROOFREADING/EDITING: 5-10 CENTS A WORD OR $10-20 PER PAGE
  3. DESKTOP PUBLISHING:  $25.00/PAGE
  4. FILLING OUT APPLICATIONS IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES OR IN ENGLISH FOR MEDICAID/DHS:  $100 MINIMUM PER APPLICATION
  5. ON-LINE PLATFORM PROOFREADING: $0.05 - $0.10/WORD
  6. ON-SITE VERIFICATION AND LOCALIZATION:  $50-75/HR
  7. OVER-THE-PHONE INTERPRETATION:  $0.80 - $1.25/ MINUTE
  8. VRI (VIDEO REMOTE INTERPRETING):  $75-$100/HR (1/2 AT 30 MIN)
  9. CONSECUTIVE INTERPRETATION:  $75-$125/HOUR
  10. CONFERENCE (SIMULTANEOUS) INTERPRETATION:  $800-$1000/DAY
  11. LANGUAGE TUTORING:  $50-75/HR
  12. VOICE OVER (RECORDING AT STUDIO):  $75- $125/HOUR
  13. TOUR GUIDE SERVICES IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES:  $65-75/HR OR $500/DAY MINIMUM
  14. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT(COURT) INTERPRETATION (SIMULTANEOUS) RATE:  $210/HALF DAY, $400/FULL DAY

Translation services are performed by college graduates fluent in both English and their native tongue. The most frequent uses of our translation services are in trade relations, legal and medical documents, intercultural introductions and technology development. Most of our clients are in legal, medical and government sectors.
